Does anyone know of some really decent, art-quality colored pencils?

I love colored pencils, the thin, sharp tip makes it so easy to fill in inked lines. And in addition, they come in a very wide variety of colors. But they also have a tendency to look cheap and almost crayon-colored. Does anyone know of some high-quality colored pencils?
Rexel Derwent is your best bet. They are incredible and can give you any look you work towards. Because they are slightly softer you can create excellent deep colours. Expensive but certainly worth it.
